Printing 2Up?

Here's a great way of cutting the amount of paper you use by half.  2Up is a way of printing two sides of a document on one page. It's easy - here's how:

1.  Open your Word document and click File, then select Print.

The following sort of box should display on your screen.

Print Box

2.  Click on the Properties box in the top right corner.

Which will open this box:

Property box

In the bottom left hand corner there is an area called "multipage printing" with a drop down box with 1UP next to it.

3.  Click on the arrow and select 2Up.
In fact, you can select up to 16Up (which will print 16 sides on one page!).  Find a selection that meets your needs.

4.  Once you decide how many sides you want printed on a sheet click on OK for both the boxes and you've finished!

You can save even more paper by printing 2Up on a duplex (double sided) printer.
